Deliveries and returns

Have you made a mistake or changed your mind? No problem, we accept exchanges and returns. Here is the procedure to follow depending on your case.

• You wish to return an item: you can return an item to us within 14 days of the date of your purchase. The return costs are your responsibility. The amount for returned items (excluding postage) will be refunded within 7 days of receipt.

• You wish to exchange an item: we will exchange your item within 30 days of the date of your purchase. The return costs remain your responsibility. We bear the cost of sending the new item according to the shipping method of our choice.

All items returned or exchanged must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any product that does not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

Custom items cannot be picked up or exchanged.
